Project description :
The B8 project is a commercial development with a primary entry that features a central median flanked by security cabins on either side. This entrance serves two separate access points: one leading to the B8 b0uilding and the other to the C1C2 building.
Given the limited landscape area available, the primary objective outlined by the client was to maximize parking capacity. In response, the design incorporates extensive use of concrete grass pavers throughout the parking zones, allowing for water percolation while maintaining functionality. To optimize space, parking areas are lined with trees installed with tree grates, eliminating the need for shrub beds. This approach enables the entire parking zone to be easily repurposed into a flexible congregation area, suitable for weekend events such as flea markets when the parking demand is lower.
Additionally, a compact, densely planted pocket was introduced to enhance the employee experience. This green space includes a small outdoor meeting area designed to encourage informal gatherings, team discussions, and leisure breaks in a natural setting.
